We review each business listing before approval; however, we cannot guarantee that all
information provided by businesses is fully accurate or up to date. Each business is responsible
for ensuring that the information in its listing remains truthful and accurate.

3. Payments & Fees
All payments made to Sisters & Brothers Network for listings or premium features are
non-refundable unless otherwise stated. Refunds and disputes related to individual businesses
are handled directly between customers and those businesses.

4. Platform Role
Sisters & Brothers Network acts solely as a facilitator and referral-based platform. We are not the
seller or provider of goods or services listed on the Site. All transactions, communications, and
outcomes are solely between customers and businesses.

5. Intellectual Property
All content on the Site belongs to Sisters & Brothers Network unless otherwise noted. You may
not reproduce, distribute, or modify any part of the Site without permission.

6. Third-Party Links
We are not responsible for third-party websites linked on our Site.

7. Limitation of Liability
We are not liable for any disputes, damages, losses, or issues that arise between users,
businesses, or customers through connections made via our platform.

8. Indemnification
You agree to hold Sisters & Brothers Network harmless from any claims, damages, or expenses
arising out of your use of the Site.

9. Termination
We may terminate access at any time for violations of these Terms.

10. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by and interpreted under the laws of the State of New York, USA.

11.Third-Party & Partner Services

Sisters & Brothers Network (“SNBN”) may introduce members to third-party or partner service providers for optional business support, including but not limited to website design, technical assistance, consulting, or digital services. These services are optional and are governed by separate agreements entered into directly between the member and the service provider.

SNBN does not control, guarantee, or assume responsibility for the outcomes, timelines, pricing, or performance of any third-party services and is not liable for disputes arising from such services.

12. Third-Party Services & Independent Contractors

All third-party and partner service providers operate as independent contractors and are not employees, agents, or representatives of Sisters & Brothers Network (SNBN). Such providers may change over time and are not limited to any individual or company.

13. Website Design & Access Terms

If a member engages Matthew brown or any other SNBN-referred independent service provider for website design, development, or technical services, the website may be built, managed, or hosted under credentials controlled by the service provider.

Members are granted full usage rights to their website content and design for business purposes and may publicly use, share, and promote their website without restriction.

Administrative access credentials, including passwords, remain under the control of the service provider while the member maintains an active SNBN business listing.

If a member chooses to discontinue their SNBN membership or business listing, they may request full administrative access credentials. A website ownership transfer fee may apply. The existence of such a fee will be disclosed prior to engagement, and the specific fee amount will be disclosed at the time a transfer is requested.

Website ownership transfer fees are determined and collected by the independent service provider. SNBN may receive a fee from service providers under separate partnership agreements. SNBN does not directly collect transfer fees from members.

14. Third-Party Service Disclaimer & Limitation of Liability

SNBN may refer members to independent third-party service providers for optional business support. SNBN does not control, endorse, or guarantee any third-party services, pricing, performance, or outcomes. Any agreements, payments, or services are entered into solely between the member and the service provider, and members engage such services at their own discretion and risk.

We may update these Terms and will post updates on this page.
