Hi, I’m Shianne Morgan, based in the Buffalo, NY area. I live here with my husband and two beautiful little girls and one baby on the way. I have always had a passion for helping others grow—whether it’s in their business, health goals, personal goals, or daily needs. I especially love supporting friends who share my faith and uplifting small businesses, as I’m a small business owner myself. I know firsthand how juggling family, life and putting the important things first (priorities) can sometimes slow the growth of your business. That’s why I created ‘Sisters & Brothers Network’.

I saw a real need. Friends were always asking, “Do you know someone that does this or sells that?” Whether it was a stylist, nanny, baker, doula, mechanic or graphic designer—people weren’t just looking for just any service. They wanted something they-or someone they trust-could vouch for. So this platform was born: a growing network of businesses built entirely on referrals, grounded in real experiences. Every listing reflects quality over quantity, a standard I hold deeply. And each one is personally vetted for, reviewed, authenticated and approved before listed on this site.

Our goal is to become a widely used, trusted resource that actually helps friends and their families meet their needs—whether it’s finding a reliable service, launching a new idea, getting new leads or growing an already thriving business.
