This Refund Policy explains how refunds are handled for payments made to Sisters & Brothers Network (“S&B Network,” “we,” “us,” or “our”), as well as clarifying our role regarding transactions between users and the independent businesses listed on our platform.

1. Payments to Sisters & Brothers Network (Listings & Premium Features)

1.1 Non-Refundable Payments

All payments made to Sisters & Brothers Network for business listings, directory placements, promotional upgrades, subscription plans, premium features, advertising, or any other service provided directly by us are non-refundable.

By purchasing these services, you acknowledge and agree that:

  • Fees paid to S&B Network are final,

  • Fees cannot be canceled, prorated, or refunded,

No refunds will be issued due to your business closing, changes in business plans, dissatisfaction with traffic or visibility, or failure to submit required information or materials.​

1.2 Service Activation

Your listing or premium feature becomes active once:

  • Payment is successfully processed, and

  • You have submitted all required business information and documents.

Once activated, the service is considered delivered.

2. Payments to Independent Businesses Listed on S&B Network

2.1 We Do Not Handle Refunds for Businesses

Sisters & Brothers Network is a directory and referral platform.
We do not provide or sell the services of the businesses listed on the site.

Because of this:

  • We cannot issue refunds for purchases, bookings, deposits, subscriptions, or services paid directly to any business listed in our directory.

Any payment dispute, refund request, dissatisfaction, or service issue must be handled between the customer and the business.

2.2 No Financial Liability

S&B Network is not responsible for:

  • The quality, performance, timeliness, or outcome of services provided by listed businesses,

  • Pricing or policies of third-party businesses,

  • Losses, damages, or refunds related to those services.

Businesses listed on our platform operate independently and are solely responsible for their customer policies, refund terms, and service agreements.

3. Filing a Service Complaint (Non-Financial)

While we cannot provide refunds for services performed by listed businesses, customers may submit a service complaint to us if:

  • A business acted unprofessionally,

  • A business violated our standards,

  • A business provided misleading or harmful information.

Filing a complaint does not guarantee removal of the business, but it helps us review whether they remain eligible for the directory.

We will not:

  • Mediate financial disputes,

  • Process returns, chargebacks, or refunds,

Intervene in disagreements between customers and businesses beyond reviewing conduct.

4. Chargebacks & Payment Disputes

Filing a credit card or bank dispute for non-refundable services purchased from S&B Network may result in:

  • Immediate suspension or removal of your listing,

Additional fees charged back to your account if our payment processor imposes them.

5. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Refund Policy at any time.
Continued use of the website after changes have been posted indicates acceptance of the updated terms.
